I suppose it's still possible to register by clicking "Contact Us" and subsequenly writing a nice email ^_^
I disabled account registration when I no longer had the time to deal with Blimp Boy making multiple accounts daily to evade his ban. I'll re-enable it once I've had some time to implement some new defensive measures.
