A cursory look through this video did not show a particular scene, although I may have missed it. I think it was on a cruise ship, and Gadget had passed out and fallen overboard, or something. Penny or Brain may have fallen with him, and they manage to activate Gadget's coat, so there's a scene of him floating back up to the deck, inflated and unconscious, with someone riding him on the way up. At least that's how I remember it. That scene had a profound impact on a very young me, one that I wouldn't understand for a while.

Yes, I know the scene you're referring to and you are correct in that it's not in clip. If I remember correctly, Gadget Penny and Brain are in some underwater MAD lair which eventually gets comprimised and at the end of they're there floating on the water and Chief Quimby picks them up.
There's a wack of other scenes out there that I need to scope out and make another video with.
