Question to inflation/ways of inflating myself

Hey! Ive recently read about inflation using baking soda and apple cider vinegar, could someone here please tell me how well this works? How long does it last, how huge can i get, how much do I use?

Also, i just recently got into inflation, if you have interesting and well-working ways for me to try, id love to know! (english is not my first language, so please excuse any mistakes that might occur)

Honestly, I'd just fake it. Real inflation is messing with your body, and that's a slippery slope. I know the internet is full of videos and methods, but I've found it's not worth it. Tried it a couple times...it hurts and can make you feel like crap for days. A balloon or bag under the shirt and an air pump is safe, pretty effective, and with the right clothes or body suit, very convincing. Try a spandex body suit, and a 36" balloon off eBay. Also can try a 72" balloon (also eBay)or a 100 gallon trash bag. Then get an aquarium pump to slowly inflate the balloon. Or an air mattress pump to inflate faster.

This. Don't go messing around with you health and bodily well being, just use inflatables, a suit, or something.

If you're an internet troll:  Go away. This joke stopped being funny eternities ago.

If you're serious:  STOP!  Do not play around with bodily functions or doing strange things with yourself. It's very dangerous and could lead to serious damage or death. Keep it fake. Use balloons/beachballs/blankets/pillows and stuff them under your clothing or a bodysuit. It's safer and will let you push the fantasy much farther.
