I believe you're referring to the American/Canadian Electra Woman and Dyna Girl. The character that swelled up and exploded was Bernice. It was pretty much an hourglass inflation so it gets a thumbs up at an eighty degree angle from me. I remember a clip of it was on Pornhub before they nuked everything that wasn't uploaded by verified members (I understand why they did that but it was a lazy solution that hurt alot of sex workers. I blame the greedy owners for not wanting to invest more into monitoring their own platform and if you know about the owners you know they can afford it, but that's going off topic, and as Jayztwocents would say, I digress).
