Just a mere mile away from the old temple where Kamiko and Tomoko resided was small deep lake. The shoreline was nice and shallow, but the middle of it dipped down at least twenty feet below the surface. It was early in the morning and the sun had just broken off from the horizon to fill the sky with sunlight.
