popping

Trent curses as he digs through the box of comics he'd bought from the bookstore and a cloud of dust rushes up out of the box. He pulls out dusty issues of Superman, Batman, and others ranging from Supergirl to Spiderman. He notes the formerly white pages are now brown and knows none of these have any resale value, but he loves comics and only paid five bucks for the whole box. He digs out more comics, stacks them on the floor, and notices a shiny metal something in the bottom of the box.

The Joker laughs madly as he strides across the floor of the large, up scale, restaurant and points the gun in his hand and fires.  The inflated sphere with a woman's head atop it begins inflating big once the green blast of light hits her and she looks around worried as the hissing fills her ears.  He laughs again, "Let's  start this party with a bang!!"  He fires two more quick shots at her, the hissing grows louder, and a loud rubber groaning fills the room. "This should be good.  Right, Har?"

Harley smiles, "Sure, Mr. J."

The sun was high on this summer day in South Jersey and Katie was busy lounging in her back yard by her pool, as she was seen on every other day. She had sported a tiny, baby blue bikini top and matching bottom as she soaked in the sun, waiting for her friends to get there. Katie could be described as pretty, standing at 5'7 with B cup breasts and an ample bottom with a flat, athletic stomach. Her straight brunette hair hung down to her shoulders with her big sunglasses blocking her particularly beautiful blue eyes.

As Wonder Woman flew through air to reach Volcano Island, she couldn't help but feel a twinge of worry. According to the papers she found in Steve Trevor's apartment, he was investigating some obscure demonic ritual that summoned not one but two demons of the air. While she felt reasonably certain of her victory record, the idea of Steve fighting something that had technically never been born made her feel uneasy. As she sighted the island, she saw that the volcano was dormant.
